and i have only downloadet the data and uploadet it agin
The reason you are getting redirected is because the website believes it needs to run an upgrade process. There are probably quite a few reasons for this (I'm not 100% on the criteria here) but the most common one is a change in the umbraco version, where the version in the web config file doesn't match that of the DLL's and the database.
During your move of host, are you certain that you copied all of the files exactly as they were previously and the database?
It would be good if you could get a local version of your site running as a test bed.

this is with is say on the working place og the site..
and it is a stred copy of alle filels.
and as you can se from the working version on the old server
is working on a reply...
