Image Thumbnails (_thumb, _big-thumb) - Not created when creating item only after removing image then choosing new
Does that make any sense?
If I create a new media item (image) by dragging an image file from my desktop to a Media folder, the item is saved but no thumbnail is created.
If I edit an existing media item (image) and remove the image file and re-upload the file (all while editing the media item), the thumbnails are created?
Is it suppose to happen like that? It adds a lot of time to my workflow to have to edit each and every image just so I can get a thumbnail.
FWIW, I'm running v7.7.2, just upgraded from v7.6.0.
A little background... I'm a little slow to v7, building lots of v4 & a couple of v6 sites -- but I've been kind disappointed/confused by some of v7 features so far.
And what happened to media file drag and drop sorting? That was nice :)
I can't figure out how to get the media thumbnails to display in the selected sort order, the thumbs seem to be always sorted by last modified/added.

I appreciate any help or advice.
