Since the new User UI got introduced, I can't figure out what is needed for letting a user have access to the Republish Entire Site-feature (right-clicking Content).
Scenario:
User A has access to a Content Start Page somewhere in the Contents Structure (apart from Content Root). When right clicking the Contents head, the only option i get is Reload Nodes. If the User A doesn't have a Content start node set, the option for Republish Entire Site is available.
