Need to hide the template drop down from anyone who is not admin.
Don't really want an editor to go into properties tab and accidentally select the template drop done and pick a different template and save it. That would completely break the page.
Am i missing something .

Had to hide it with css and add in to backoffice css.
Very temporary fix.
