SqlDataReader - Invalid attempt to call Read when reader is closed.

Umbraco Team, Can anyone provide me fix on below error? I am started getting this error after Umbraco Upgrade 7.7.4. Before that, everything was working just fine. And its not like I have complex DB operations. It just reading the Umbraco node values and printing it using Repeater. Please help me get the proper fix. Is there any config setting has to change?
