We are currently trying to upgrade a website from Umbraco V5 to V7 and have been hit at a login screen to authorize the upgrade process of Umbraco (see image below).
We do not know the username/email and password for this login at all. We have tried many methods to reset the username and password but none of the methods seems to work.
The username field says "Your username is usually your email". We don't know the email that was set up on the admin account but we have a feeling that the username field HAS to be the email even though you could be typing in the right username.
Does anyone have any method of retrieving the email through the database or changing the email so that we know what it is?
