I am not, Umbraco does it by itself however, after seen there are some published node missing, I cleared the table to force umbraco to build it again. Also it seem only previously published nodes with a new unpublished version (just some saved content) doesn't make it to the table.

What version of Umbraco are you using?

Did you look into log, is there something?

    Umbraco version 7.2.6 assembly: 1.0.5632.22681

Nothing on the logs, except tipical entries like Loading content from database, saved xml, etc.

I'm using Umbraco 8 and I also have errors with the cmsContentXml table.

It doesn't seem to be a physical existing table in the Umbraco database so how do I refresh it or update it ?
