Been having this issues with the Umbraco Multiple Media Picker, when a duplicate image has been selected with the picker, you get the error of
Error: Duplicates in a repeater are not allowed. Repeater: image in images key:
And then the backend of the picker then become like a squashed version of a picker with console error above.
Any idea?
It's not showing me any of the selected images anymore, so i can't clear the duplicate or reset it at all

The issue will be fixed in 7.7.8.
If you need an emergency fix and can't wait until the next release, you can look at this commit: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/commit/cac331adbcbfc69744669b38d0bc2c2f54c25a2a
