I've made some dictionaries in Umbraco 7.7 and now I'll give the editors access to all the dictionaries. The problem is that they can't have rights to all the other three elements like document types, templates, partial views, etc. See on image below.
I'm not sure if this is possible? You can set the Granular permissions on the user group but there is nothing to suggest you can allow/disallow sections within any other sections... I'm interested to know though!
