    Manually upgrading 7.6.5 to 7.8.1, Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Owin, Version=2.1.0.0'

    Hello!

    I'm attempting to manually upgrade Umbraco from Version 7.6.5 to 7.8.1 and I'm running in to an error.

    Here's what I'm seeing:

    Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Owin, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

    I've copied and verified the differences between the web.config files but there are no differences for the Microsoft.Owin packages in the config.

    Any ideas on how I can solve this?
