How to make umbraco multi language site?

Hii.

Am new to umbraco , can anyone provide a nice and best way to make multi language site in umbraco???

You can suggest tutorials (working), suggestions, etc will be appreciated

NB: Maybe you know is there any slider similar to revolution slider in Umbraco? Or is it possible to use revolution slider in Umbraco? It will be perfect if someone will create a package similar to revolution slider.

am loving this Umbraco CMS
