    Save and publish button not working

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    I am running Umbraco v7.8.1 on a Windows 2012 webserver and SQL Server database.

    My site is working, except when editors use the Save and publish button, then the document gets the status Published (pending changes), and the changes is not visible on the homepage.

    If the editors use the Publish option from the right click menu, then the document gets published as expected, and all changes are visible on the homepage.

    How can I get the Save and publish button to publish the documents?
