    Search Page - what will be better to use for searching. Need you advice.

    Umbraco version 7.5.3 assembly: 1.0.6092.24019

    Hello my friends.

    I need to create a search page.

    My results from String-search should be like List which consist of

    1. Description + link to page or link to file .pdf which can be downloaded.
    2. Description + link to page or link to file .pdf which can be downloaded.
    3. Description + link to page or link to file .pdf which can be downloaded.
    4. Description + link to page or link to file .pdf which can be downloaded.

    Can someone give your valueble ideas on this ?

    Hi flya,

    my personal favourite search package is ezSearch, which is using the built-in Lucene index, razor for templating and is highly configurable: https://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/ezsearch/

    You could also use Examine although it requires a bit more configuration: https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/reference/searching/examine/
