    What is use of umbraco.config in app_data folder

    I see the template data copy in app_data\ umbraco.config. I was thinking that, all template data will be in DB only. I am worried as per securitywise + that file may grow if there are lots of template. Please advise me the usage and reason to have that file with such a content.
