Hi,

I struggled by this issue since long time.

I have a module called "Events" which contains a list of event under the page.

I wanted to show top 10 events in my home page as per my client wish. They can select any event to show in the home page, so they wanted to use Umbraco SortOrder.

So they can sort/reorder by themselves.

It is working with around 10 to 20 nodes, but when I try with around 500 nodes it suddenly stopped working and throws an exception.

the error is 504. Gateway timeout. and the exception is

Exception type: HttpException 
Exception message: Request format is unrecognized.

anybody can help me about this issue? or is there any other way to perform the way of sorting.?
