    Hi Tom,

    For security you can check out this page: https://umbraco.com/products/umbraco-cms/security/

    For releases there tends to be a tweet. Guess you could put a watch on the releases page if you're not on Twitter.

    We also have a twitter account - https://twitter.com/UmbracoStatus

    You can also see Umbraco Cloud portal notification 5 days before the rollout.
