We have had a lot of trouble keeping our Umbraco installation synced across our three load-balanced servers. The Examine cache can't seem to consistently stay in sync between all three servers and the database.
I would like to hire someone to help us fix our syncing issues for good. I've tried fixing it myself and hiring non-Umbraco developers without luck. The configuration needs to work with our git/TeamCity-based deployment process.
