I have a question. Is it possible create a field in a site which can only change by a admin user. As a example css class. Thans for help.

Perhaps you should have a look at this package. https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/read-only-json-property/
Please install this package on a backup of your site and check if everything works as it should before you are doing it to your live site.
It's also best practices to take a backup before you are doing it so you can roll back if any unexpected should happen.
