With the changes to user management in 7.7 we have a scenario where another group (besides administrators) can manage users, but currently it's only allowing them to create users in their group, e.g. 'Editors' with access to the users section can only create other 'Editors'
I recall seeing this being part of a bug fix to stop users creating users with higher privileges than themselves.
Is it possible to specify which groups they are allowed to create users in? We'd like them to be able to create any user except administrator but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.
For now we've just added users into the groups they need to be able to create, although not sure that's the recommended way or if a better way to do it.

We're using Umbraco 7.8.1
For now we've just added users into the groups they need to be able to create, although not sure that's the recommended way or if a better way to do it.
