    password doesn't match after export database from SQL Server 16 to SQL Server 14

    I'm using Umbraco 7.9.2 After export database from SQL Server 16 to SQL Server 14 my website is working fine, but I can't login with the 0th user login-password (I'm sure that it's right)

    1) in web.config machine key has validation="HMACSHA256" decryption="AES" parameters 2) Membership Provider - passwordFormat="Hashed"

    Can I save a password of 0th user in "Clear" format? Without any encriprion or hash. If I just changing "passwordFormat" to "Clear" - nothing happens. It still using Hash.

    Or may be you know what can be a reason of my problem.
