Dependency.axd Issue Umbraco 7.10.4

I am receiving script and stylesheet errors from Google's mobile friendly testing regarding DependencyHandler.axd.

The stylesheet issue is:

What can be causing this? I believe everything is ok regarding the dependencyhandler in the web.config.

Any thoughts?

He thinks it is an issue with the testing suite.
