I have developed a site (V7.8.1 hosted on Azure) for a client and have just been advised of sporadic issue a user has encountered - the screenshot below shows the error.
Of particular concern is that fact the username and password (albeit encrypted) are displayed in the error.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if there is any known resolution.
One thought was to upgrade the site, however due to the imminent launch of the site we cannot risk doing that at this stage.
The weird thing is that the site is used by several people and as per the version number has been in operation for a few months, but only one person has experienced this issue on several occasions.
Does that one person have a special setup on his/hers machine? Anything that can block something from Umbraco? Is the person using another browser than the other users? Could it be something related to using a VPN connection?
Does the person experience the issue using other browser or even other computers?

This is indeed strange. Especially because it indicates the error as 404.
