Each time you log in, the side panel and content nodes doesn't appear. It only always appears after a refresh of the page.
I tried with clear the cache, tmp files, cleared the cookies and browsing history also.
Can anyone suggest me why it is slow, and why some PCs are unable to view the forms in Umbraco?

I cleared the history of all browser. and I tried it.
And I tried with incognito also. But the issue is not yet resolved. Whenever i refresh the page or it loads second time then only the content panel is displaying. The first time it is not getting loaded.
I used to run the site as incognito window. I used to check the developer tool to view the page error, i am getting the below error at the first time.

I have had this happen before aswell, especially when switching between different umbraco 7 versions over different projects.
What usually works for me (in chrome) is clearing the full site data.
If that doesn't work I open an incognito tab or a different browser, it usually resolves itself after a fjew days.
I noticed i never get the problem if i stay above 7.7 so maybe do an upgrade?
