I ve got several questions about umbraco. I am working on a blog of my own.

1. I want to make a page where you can upload a picture, which creates a new content. How can I do it?

2. I want to write out the create date of the posts, but not at the post's own page, instead on the homepage. I would like to write out just the hours and minutes.
