    ContentTypeService failed to find a content type with alias "home".

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Currently stuck with the following issue on a local install of Umbraco 7.11.1:

    ContentTypeService failed to find a content type with alias "home".. This usually indicates that the content cache is corrupt; the content cache has been rebuilt in an attempt to self-fix the issue.

    I am also unable to install any packages. Umbraco just hangs.

    The starter kit is installed but has no default content.
