We would like to implement a Content Library system which allows Admins to upload and tag/categorize documents (PDF, Images, Word etc).
On the front-end, we would like users to be able to filter, sort, restrict access based on user role and search Content library.
Please point us to documentation or examples to perform this?

Why are there no answers to this? Seems like a content/document library is basic functionality of a CMS.
