Is it possible to drop a search macro onto a content page that includes the specific search term?
I think it's something you should take up with your Umbraco agency since it's hard for us to know what options are available to you in your Umbraco solution. No Umbraco solution is the same and they're most often tailormade to fit the various and different needs each client has.
The functionality you're asking for should be possible to make functionality wise but since we don't know your solution it's not easy to tell if there already is a macro available for you to use or if it's something that will need to be developed :)
