    Umbraco deployment

    folks, looking for umbraco deployment best practice using courier.

    I'm using azure app service and trying to find out how best to "transfer"content or media items and/or "deploy" meta data items.

    Is the below valid for non cloud umbraco?

    Hi Nitin

    Currently I don't think so since there is work being done to make Courier work as a "Standalone" product - You can read a bit more about it here https://umbraco.com/blog/umbraco-on-premise-deployment/

    So not sure when this will be available yet but it's coming at some point.

    One approach you can consider currently is to use the uSync package, which you can learn more about here https://our.umbraco.com/projects/developer-tools/usync/
