Is there a way to post to a Facebook page through Umbraco

Hi ,

I am wondering if there Is a way to post to a Facebook page through Umbraco ,

which means when an Umbraco user publishes some content in the back office , then that content should be posted automatically on a certain facebook page as a status/post .
