I've always been told to assume that all images are copyrighted.
It might be worth contacting the manufacturer and asking for permission to use their logo/images, you might also want to consider checking if they own the copyright to those assets.
If you can't do that, maybe check out the T&Cs on their website?

Jacquie is correct - have a look at the Terms and Conditions.
You really should make sure you have permissions before you use images.
If the image contains people, you may also need their consent.
Note that some image suppliers trawl the web looking for unauthorised use of their images.
If this organisation is your client, then they should have no problem giving you permission, but it is best to check first.
