Upgrading from Umbraco 7.4.1 to 7.12.2 causes stack overflow exception on Azure cloudapp.net
Hi.
I have an issue following the recent upgrade of an Umbraco website from 7.4.1 to 7.12.2 hosted on Azure cloudapp.net that I wondered if someone could assist with.
The initial upgrade was fine. However, I then enabled models builder and ever since the site will run for a short period of time before the IIS app pool crashes with a stack overflow exception. I have obtained a dump of the stack trace which shows repeated calls by Newtonsoft.Json.Serialization.JsonSerializerInternalWriter methods which I assume is what is causing the problem but these seem internal to Umbraco and not the site code.
I have added a truncated view of the dump from WinDbg below. The removed entries are just the same repeated calls to do with serialisation. If anyone has any idea of what's going wrong here I would be grateful for some help in trying to resolve this, thanks.
