Hi

I'm running Umbraco 7.4.2 on a SQL Server Express database and having problems adding Public Access to a page via the backend Admin screen using roles permission. If I add multiple roles after saving the settings if I then go back into Public Access I am only unable to see one of the roles in the "Member of Groups" panel and the others are back in the "Not a member of groups" panel. If I then reselect one of the previous selected roles and press save I get a duplicate key error on the umbracoaccessrule table. Looking at this table the original 3 selected roles have entries on the table.

The database and site were migrated from our Test servers but this is not happening there.

Does anyone know what might be causing this.
