    Recommended packages for forums and community sites

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Hi Folks

    What approaches are people currently recommending for implementing forums and community features on Umbraco websites? I've had a look for forum packages, but there don't seem to be any compatible with the latest versions of Umbraco.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Dialogue and Articulate are good starting points, both are compatible with the latest V7 codebase. We actually ended up rolling our own.

    Thanks, I'll take a look at Articulate for blogging.

    For the forums, it seems that Dialogue isn't compatible with the latest Umbraco releases. It also seems to be no longer under active development (same situation with MVCForum, which it is a partial port of).
