We have sites in multi regions but backend hosted in Europe - how have people solved the slow page load problems in Australia?
Obviously we can use a CDN for static files and images.
But would you have another server instance in Azure (for example) based in Aus connected to the main backend DB.
Or would it be best to also have another instance of the DB in that region too syncing with the European one?
