    Could not load type 'umbraco.settings.EditDictionaryItem'

    Dear all, I'm pretty new to umbraco and asp.net MVC at all. trying to built my own website on umbraco. and i'm getting weird build error that i couldn't find anywhere on google:

    " Could not load type 'umbraco.settings.EditDictionaryItem' "

    at: EditDictionaryItem.aspx

    Line 4:

    <%@ Page Language="c#" MasterPageFile="../masterpages/umbracoPage.Master" ValidateRequest="false"
    CodeBehind="EditDictionaryItem.aspx.cs" AutoEventWireup="True" Inherits="umbraco.settings.EditDictionaryItem" %>

    Can someone help to understand the problem and how to fix it ?
