Want to hide subfolder i url

I need to arrange content in subfolders e.g.

download/file1 download/file2

stuff/page1

but I want the url to be: file1 file2 page1

without the "download" or "stuff" but in the tree I want the pages to be under their folders. Is there a way to do this without coding in ContentFinder?
