I have a document type called "Paper" and one called "Author". Each paper has an author.

Currently "Paper" has a content picker to select an author, but it can only select from existing authors.

Is there a way to select an author like this? (the kind of functionality you see on other apps / sites):

Start typing author name, auto-complete if author already exists, otherwise create a new author based on the entered name (author only has two fields for first name and last name).
