    AD Authentication

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Hello all,

    Are there any detailed tutorials or how to get AD Authentication working with Umbraco? what I want to do is give people access to the umbraco backend without them having to log in.

    I thought I read somewhere it comes with Umbraco.....

    Hello Chris,

    Thanks, Yea I had seen that page but was looking for something which was more detailed in a step by step basis.

    I tried to follow that link but soon as I installed "IdentityExtensions" I get over 300 errors and breaks my project.

    The only step I havnt done was;

    "Remember to add the namespace Umbraco.Core.Models.Identity to resolve the BackOfficeIdentityUser."

    As this didn't make much sense to me.

    I now have no errors :)

    Although now when I go to /umbraco my user details don't work and I'm unable to login.
