Generated package doesn't contain validation of the fields

I have generated one packages with few document types. Others have installed it. Now I'm generating another package with same document types but: 1 field is deleted; validation is added everywhere; having dropdown and the dropdown values are not added.
In the package all document types and all data types are selected. Please advice. I'm using Umbraco 7.14
To get more details for this issue I suggest to post two screenshots one for content output after installing the package and a second for document type properties which contains the missing field and the dropdown.
