Keep in mind they probably just stole a static version of your website. They can't copy your server-side C# code or the database.
However, you can try to file a DMCA complaint with Google to get that site removed from their search results.

In fact our website has been copied by copycats.
The copied website is same as the one we made except the url is different.
We have reported the website but we want to prevent this issue from occuring again.
