hi guys im new in umbraco and i have a couple of questions .
the first one:how can we add content in our website without touching the
code at all in the template?
the second one:how can we edit the nav menu (mean add ,remove content)
and for example if you add something in the menu umbraco create automaticly a page.

for the menu nav they said that they will leave it as an exercice for us
and the other i know how to change values in my website but no adding
i want to add not change value thats the prob for me and thx again

they want to edit my website by not touching any code. im stuck in the tutorials the one for navigation menu (how to edit it)
