I followed the guidelines related to setting up support for Azure, and using the correct setting in the config file for "umbracoLocalTempStorage". I have hunted around and I cannot seem to find any type of umbraco.config file in my azure app service's disk using kudo.
I have a case where I seem to frequently have documents missing from the cache, but in the info tab are marked as published. When it was local, I could simply delete the umbraco.config file and everything would resolve itself.
