A few media files got deleted from the blob storage. We checked umbraco logs but could not trace anything related. We checked our azure account and found out that the folders in which those files were present had been soft deleted (don't know how). Although we could recover those folders, we need to know what caused that deletion. Microsoft support did not provide any explanation for this as they don't have access due to their privacy policy. Is there a way we can know about the root cause?
