    The never ending spinny

    I have a never ending spinny after I hit save. I have been able to reproduce this when trying to save document types but the content team have reported seeing on normal content too.

    Any ideas what's going on here?

    Whoops I found it, I added some code to refresh the tree after a save and it stopped working after an update to 7.15.1
