say you create a basic Document Type "Content base" which allows varying by culture on at least one property.
Now create a Document Type that uses this base type in it's composition. If you don't explicitly state that you enable Varying by Culture, than you cannot vary the inherited properties when creating new content.
I'm thinking along the lines of : would it be possible to automatically mark this inherited DocType as "Vary by culture", which cannot be disabled?
The reason why I ask : I'm working on an automated conversion-process, that converts datatypes, contentypes and content. By the time it comes to this kind of pages, it blocks saving the content because the doctype does not vary.
