Remove the huge picture from dashboard.umbraco.org

When I visit the Umbraco backoffice I'm greeted with a 14 MB image download:

Please don't let me download 14 MB every time I load in the backoffice: https://dashboard.umbraco.org/media/1099/img_7012.jpg

Thanks for the heads up SteveV, I was certain we had imagecropper to prevent this from happening. We are fixing this now.
