    Unable to Open Back Office or view website

    I deployed a new version of my code from a development to staging environment and now I can't access Back office in the staging environment and the app does not run.

    I am able to make postman calls to my api which pulls data from the database so I don't believe the issue is with the database connectivity etc.

    I have cleared the App_Data directories. I am getting a 500 error when attempting to load the website.

    The log file reveals the following, which I think might be the problem, but I can't find any info on the warning:

    2019-10-02 15:21:23,644 [P10196/D3/T66] WARN Umbraco.Core.Sync.DatabaseServerMessenger - No last synced Id found, this generally means this is a new server/install. The server will build its caches and indexes, and then adjust its last synced Id to the latest found in the database and maintain cache updates based on that Id.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
