    Dropdown - Umbraco 8

    Hello,

    I am using dropdown on umbraco 8 and I am gettinf the below error

    Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: m. Path '', line 0, position 0.

    Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

    Exception Details: Newtonsoft.Json.JsonReaderException: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: m. Path '', line 0, position 0.

    Line 9: if(x.Parent.Value

    Can someone pelase advise.
