    Web.config debug=false causes DependencyHandler.axd 404

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Umbraco version: 8.2.1.

    When I am running the website with debug=true, everything is working perfectly, but as soon as I switch to debug=false, either locally or on test server, I get a blank /umbraco page.

    The frontend site seems to be working fine, but I cannot login to Umbraco with debug=false. When I am looking in my requests, I can see that the DependencyHandler.axd gets (cancelled) and 404 requests (see screenshot).

    Any ideas? I tried bumping the ClientDependency version number, but that did not help.. :/
