maybe I got a similar problem.
When saving mapdata in a node localized to "de-de" the "." in Latitude and Longitude is removed.
(50.16886 will end as 5016886).
I'm running the map in version 7.2.6, package version 1.0.6-alpha-000008.
There was an issue in 1.0.6 for those that had their culture of their machine set to a country that prefers to use comma instead of dot/period to denote decimal point.
This has been fixed in 1.0.7
Sorry for the error, it was an oversight brought on by my testing only on en-US machines.
